Weigh in

Well the loss for this week was 2 pound, just 1 pound off a loss of 1 stone (since I have been recording). I did start this with a 3 digit weight in kg, with my initial goal was to drop down to a 2 digit kg weight. Well I managed this this week :-)

On to next week, I want to lose that stone before we go away camping in August. If I don't I will cheap back up over the holiday.

Not food related but

I thought I would say this, just had to go out and get new trousers and belt. Most of my old ones are 40". 38" is loose and 36" is a bit tight, but I went for the 36". It is nice to go any buy clothes without thinking "will they fit around my thighs"

Well weigh in tonight so lets see how I do.

So if a make the Nimble my Healthy extra lunch is Syn free and breakfast is now 7 ½ Syns


Afternoon
Childs Birthday party, had a few chips and a few crisps. Not enough to really count as a portion, so I think I will say 5 Syns to be safe.

Evening Meal



As we had stuff to eat up, we are having; Gammon, Sweet Potato Wedges, Parsnip and fresh peas. The wedges were sprayed with Fry Light BBQ spray. The Gammon was topped with a egg.

Evening meal (Curry Club)

Tonight was the "Curry Club" night, we meet up with friends and have a meal at Wetherspoons. My normal before Slimming World was the Large Mixed Grill, using the Slimming World app that is a whopping 60 Syn's (is this the largest Syn value for a meal?)

I choose as I have done the last few times I have been there the Chicken and Pepper Skewers with Piri-Piri Sauce, with the option of rice. Without the Piri-Piri sauce this is free, and the sauce is only 2 Syn (I think)

Lunch

Well this morning was a bit of a rush, I had to fix the garage door and then was caught in traffic on the M27. When I got too work straight into a meeting titled "Doughnuts & Spectrum" the idea is the person presenting the meeting brings Doughnuts and other stuff, normally bought from the local Tesco.

I resisted the urge to have Doughnuts and had a small chocolate shortbread,

I think as these are 60 cals each that is 3 Syns, a bit of a waist really, but it was good :)

So onto lunch, I had;

The rice was yellow and not sure if it had oil in so I will add 1 Syn for that.

As I did not have time this morning to take fruit to work the afternoon will be a struggle.

I have a nice handy pot that I use to measure out the Alpen, it saves the hassle of getting the scales out :)
The milk is only a splash, as I am allowed 375ml and use milk as my A choice for the day only in drinks I "think" I use less than this amount.

At work I will normal have 2 cups of tea, 1 when I get in and another straight after must drink this at my desk. Both have skimmed milk.
The biggest problem is the canteen at work, it takes a lot of will power to walk past the full cooked breakfast that is on offer.

After weigh in meal

After the weigh in I don't have much time to sort a lot out for tea, so I cheat and have a take away :)   Looking at the Slimming World book I picked something that will not take too many Syns;

So that is a bit over the 15 Syns per day, but I did not have another Syns today.
